Ledge Finance Limited is a wholly-owned Western Australian company which for more than 28 years has specialised in tailoring finance solutions to business clients.

Having started in Perth as Ledge Leasing in January 1979, the company quickly established itself as a market leader in equipment finance broking.

Sustained growth saw the company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in 1987 (as Ledge Group Limited). That listing facilitated further rapid expansion in resources, personnel and product range, with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Kalgoorlie.

However, as time went by, founder and Managing Director, Phil Botsis, wanted to return the company to its 'grass roots' style of customer service. In 1994 he achieved that vision when the Botsis family bought out the public company and privatised it.

As a family business with a shared vision, Mr Botsis initiated a revitalised and customer-focused operation. Quickly successful, the approach has again seen Ledge become one of the state's fastest-growing finance providers.

Our client list includes developing small, medium and large enterprises - both private and publicly listed. Funding is sourced from a national register of more than 40 banks and financial institutions.
