More then five years ago Hearts Health Club For Ladies opened its doors to extremely welcoming and keen women.
We provide women with the most comfortabe, committed and productive gym environment available.
Hearts has one mission - to help all women acheive their health and fitness goals, to improve their overall sence of well-being and to make weight loss a reality not just an empty promise!
Hearts group fitness timetable offers Les Mills training programs, fitball, yoga and indoor cycling classes. On joining we provide appraisals and re-assessments throughout the memberships.
