MERIDIANS:
Medicine recognises that the uninterrupted flow of energy around the body is the basis of health and a vital factor in healing.
The Chinese define the meridians as passages of energy, while the Hindu yogis, also point to seven energy centres or charkas. The meridians and the charkas are the energy ways for the body’s organs. If this is balanced and flowing freely, it is impossible to be ill in body, mind or spirit. Pain or illness occurs when there is a disruption to the body’s energy flow through a certain meridian, normally caused by negative emotions eg worry stress unhappiness etc.
The following modalities are used to relax and energise the body unblocking the meridians and charkas thus, normally not treating one problem but many.

FLOWER ESSENCES

EMMETT TECHNIQUE
The Emmett sequence of muscle activation points can unlock muscle memory.
