Dear David,
As you were aware from our first meeting when you proposed that we join the Top 5 Advertising, I stressed to you that our company monitors all results from all calls to ascertain the effectiveness of any advertising.
I am pleased to report that to date we have recorded 73 calls with a gross turnover of well above $3500.00.This I know will climb with the launch of this weekend with Telethon, and your ongoing media campaigns.
The only disappointment I have to report is that in keeping with our breakfast meeting, I have tried to utilize as many of the Top 5 Advertisers as possible, only to find that THEY DO NOT ASK WHERE WE obtained their phone number!
IF YOU DON’T MONITOR YOUR INCOMING CALLS, how can you say a product works or does not work?
I would be more than willing to back up our figures to anyone in the book.

thought that you might like a bit of feedback on my ad’ in the electrical section of the TOP 5 GUIDE that has recently been distributed.
On the first day of distribution in Balcatta I received a query which was converted into a job. In the following week I received a lot more queries and most of them were converted into confirmed jobs.
At this point I am receiving at least 2/3 calls a day. Most of the work is in the residential sector with a small number being in the commercial sector.
