Are You The Next Business Icon?

Budding entrepreneurs can test their skills in this year?s Advantage Foundation's WA Business Icon Competition.

Business Icon, open to everyone aged 18 to 25, tests contestants on their innovation, communication, teamwork, enterprise and general business smarts.

40 competitors are chosen, from hundreds of entries, to compete in this exciting event allowing them to learn new skills and raise money for charity.

The winner will receive a fantastic holiday package worth $5000, thanks to the Tourism Council of Western Australia.

Teams will be eliminated after each task by a judging panel comprised of some of Perth's most influential business identities, inlcuding Rick Hart.

Sponsors of Business Icon 2008 are WA Tourism Council, Curtin University, Rotary International, Department of Industry and Resources, Nova 937 and Australian Experiential Learning Centre.

Past contestants have gone on to be the? WA Young Business Person Of The Year? and the youngest person to ever be a partner in a law firm.
